Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and If your items are missing, faulty or not as described, the following will apply to you...
• You must notify us and the seller of any missing items within 14 days.
• You must notify us and the seller of any 'wrongly received items within 7 days.
• All merchandise carry a 1 year warranty where applicable unless otherwise stated.
• If your item has been described incorrectly and you wish to return it, you may do so but both us and the seller must be notified within 7 days.
• We will however not accept returns on DRAM, CD/DVD Media or Film for incompatibility issues.
• We do not cover return postage for 'Faulty' or 'incorrectly described' items, and we will not cover your return costs for unwanted items.

Items must be despatched in its original "unworn condition" and we will refund the product price. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
